1. Scope

We provide custom software development, technical advisory, and related services.

2. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and documentation created remain the property of CodeCraft unless otherwise agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely inputs, respond to feedback requests, and respect mutual timelines.

4. Usage Restrictions

Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, or resale of our work is not permitted.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment is required upfront for fixed projects and monthly for ongoing services. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment for digital deliverables not yet delivered. For services already commenced or completed, partial refunds are considered based on work completed and at CodeCraft's discretion.

6. Service Warranty

We strive for high-quality output but do not guarantee error-free delivery. Bugs will be fixed as per agreed support terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages or loss. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by the client in the last 60 days.

8. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by the laws of Singapore.

9. Changes

Terms may be revised with notice. Continued use means acceptance.
